Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
damp wallssliding door
The room needed some upkeep I noticed dampness on the lower walls with plaster crumbling. This created grit I had to sweep up daily some ended up on my clothes. The air conditioning barely worked it had to be on constantly to make the room cool enough at night. The apartment felt more like a split-level room with a sectioned-off area instead of a proper bedroom there were no windows and only one sliding door worked

The staff are the sweetest and most attentive people i have ever met. They were so happy to help! they were so caring too. they even surprised my mum with birthday wishes, offered prosecco, and made her birthday special with a cake. the place is clean and tidy, it seems refreshed. Nothing seems tired! we enjoyed an efficient laundry service and a free breakfast, lovely.
You can't really do without the bus shuttle because the location is so far from the center. Luckily, it's efficient! though the shuttle only runs once an hour and not between 12:00 and 15:00.

a refreshing and clean pool is on-site with plenty of space to hang out. laundry service is efficient. a shuttle to the center is available! you'll find sunbeds near the pool also.

The hotel offers amazing views from the terrace. a courtesy bus goes to the centre every hour. It makes it easy to escape the hustle and bustle of the town. the hotel is nestled in high hills.

The provided shuttle was convenient, running frequently to town. It made getting around EASY. I also found the cleanliness to be perfect. My studio balcony sea view room was super clean. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast offered each morning.

the staff proved friendly and helpful . i appreciated their assistance with directions and local tips. views from the hotel were quite amazing.. especially from the terrace where breakfast was served.
the location was a bit far from the main town, requiring reliance on the shuttle service. while the shuttle was convenient, its schedule sometimes caused delays. the room i stayed in showed signs of wear and tear. some furniture looked old and had visible scratches.
